Services
We offer the following
services. For rates, please click to find out more...
Special Services - Overnight
pet sitting is provided on a limited basis. Please call for
rates and information.
The following services are
available for a small additional charge to a regular visit, or
as a stand alone service (varies with amount of time required,
and difficulty of task).

Key transfer, sitter drop off
or pick up

Mail/Newspaper retrieval

Lawn/Plant watering

Provide entry for scheduled
or unscheduled service provider (e.g. repairman, maid
service, etc.)

Shopping Services (Need
dog or cat food, kitty litter or milk and eggs? We can stock
your refrigerator with the basics for when you get back home
or are just too busy to get to the store!)
Additional Fees - Charged
as needed
An additional fee or extra visit
may be charged for each service that must be performed in the
case of "significant/hard-to-clean accidents," emergencies, or
other special situations. PawPurrs may or may not attempt to
contact owners or obtain permission before providing these
services.
Important Terms
Forms of payment accepted
are cash, check, money order or credit card. Credit cards
payments are processed securely online through PayPal.

Refunds &
Cancellations : Reservations
are made to plan sitter availability to clients. Therefore,
clients returning home early or leaving later than scheduled
will be required to pay for the reserved amount of time
scheduled, including travel time, and there will be no refund if
service was paid for in advance. Please
note, if the sitter has made the trip to your house and you are
there, you will be charged in full for that visit. Please
understand that a slot of time has been reserved specifically
for you and other clients may have been turned down for that
time. Clients will not have to pay for scheduled Special
Services not performed. As midday dog walking client schedules
change on a weekly basis, there are no cancellation charges
unless the sitter has made the trip to the client's house if the
client has not called ahead to cancel. With
at least 3 days notice of cancellation, there will be no charge
for that service unless service has already commenced.
Note:
Time ranges are minimums & averages only - your pet sitter may
stay 5 to 30 minutes longer (at no extra charge) to leave notes
and perform other tasks. All rates are based on a
"reasonable" number of pets, large animals and/or
responsibilities, as well as the temperaments of each pet and
the way the pets interact with each other. We will attempt to
do as many requested activities in the time provided during each
visit, prioritized in the order specified by you. We may or
may not attempt to contact you if we find more time is needed
than originally planned and we will add it as needed. We very
rarely find we need more time than originally planned. While we strive to keep the rates
posted on this site accurate, the rates listed are not
guaranteed and may change. Contact PawPurrs for current rates.
Inclement
Weather Policy: You
entrust PawPurrs Pet Services to use our best judgment in caring
for your pets and home. If we are servicing you at the time of
inclement weather (primarily severe snow or rain storms and
flooding), we will carry out your instructions to the best of
our ability. The care we provide to your pets and their safety
is our first concern along with the safety of the pet sitter.
The client's selection of a nearby emergency contact will be
requested at the initial consultation. The inclement weather
plan will be as follows: Every effort will be made to drive to
your home; the service schedule may be changed, interrupted or
altered due to the circumstances. If it is not possible to drive
safely to your home, your emergency contact will be notified.
You will be notified about the activation of the inclement
weather plan. |
